PCB Drilling Machine

A PCB drilling machine requires high-speed drilling, precise positioning, and excellent repeatability to ensure stable hole-position CPK.

To upgrade its 6-axis system, the customer needed higher load capacity, 1G acceleration, 0.03 mm positioning accuracy, and 0.01 mm repeatability.

We delivered a linear-motor solution to meet these demands, using our DLMF-0403W motor on the X-axis and the DLMF-0404W on the Y-axis.
