PCB Drilling Machine

A PCB drilling machine requires high-speed drilling, precise positioning, and excellent repeatability to ensure stable hole-position CPK.

To upgrade its 6-axis system, the customer needed higher load capacity, 1G acceleration, 0.03 mm positioning accuracy, and 0.01 mm repeatability.

We delivered a linear-motor solution to meet these demands, using our DLMF-0403W motor on the X-axis and the DLMF-0404W on the Y-axis.

We delivered a linear-motor feeding system that boosts rapid traverse to 60 m/min. The X and Y axes use our DLMF-0301W permanent-magnet linear motors, while the Z axis is equipped with the DLM-0203W model to achieve high-speed, high-precision motion.
