The first day at ITES Shenzhen has been nothing short of exciting!

On March 31, 2026, the annual global industrial event — ITES Shenzhen Industrial Technology Exhibition — grandly opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. 2. Breakthrough in Spindle Thermal Management


 

Spindle thermal displacement is reduced to just 25% of conventional designs, with stabilization achieved in as little as 3 minutes, improving machining efficiency by up to 75%.

2. Super motor Integrated Spindle

Leading the way in efficient parts processing

· The 150 mm OD spindle delivers 53 Nm torque, a 48% increase over conventional BT40 direct-drive systems, ideal for heavy-duty machining of carbide components.

· Ultra-fast dynamic response 

· Acceleration from 0–12,000 rpm in 0.98 s, and 0–18,000 rpm in 1.56 s, enabling rapid cycle changeover and improved productivity.
