FEATURES

High rigidity

Optimized bearing and spindle design ensure exceptional stiffness. Axial and radial rigidity at the spindle nose exceed 150N/μm, enabling high cutting performance.Compact, fast-response clamping system with high locking rigidity ensures stable machining.

High efficiency

Leveraging advanced motor technology, higher torque output is achieved within the same installation space, with C-axis rated torque reaching 430 Nm (+15% vs. comparable products). Equipped with an A/C-axis pneumatic clamping brake system, the unit delivers clamping torque of 1080 Nm on the A-axis and 2160 Nm on the C-axis. The spindle achieves a max speed of 20,000 rpm and continuous torque (S1) of 50 Nm, significantly increasing material removal rates and reducing machining cycle time.

High precision

Featuring a high-res encoder and torque motor, this head ensures ±2 arcsec repeatability in 5-axis operations, eliminating lag-in-duced chatter for superior surface finish.

Lightweight Structure

Featuring a lightweight structural design, the unit weighs only 280 kg, reducing its own weight by 4% compared to similar products. This significantly lowers inertia and enhances dynamic response speeds.
